Order Processing

We endeavour to have orders processed and fitting garment construction initiated within 24 hours of when the order is received. Our payment processors may hold or freeze some orders for security and fraud prevention until they are reviewed.

Fitting Garment

Fitting garments are made just for you and take approximately 3-5 working days to complete. Once complete, the transit time for shipping is approximately 3-5 working days to the United States and Canada. Shipping time varies to other international destinations, but generally remains within one week.

Finished Suit

Once measurements and fitting are finalized, the suit takes anywhere from 4-7 weeks to complete. Bespoke orders may take longer, depending on fabric availability. Once the suit is completed, it is shipped by DHL, with a transit time of 3-5 working days. Transit time for orders placed by special request with EMS, USPS or other national carriers can vary greatly, but are typically 10-15 working days.

Duties, Taxes and Couriers

Local duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Some customers may wish to ship via EMS/national carriers like USPS to mitigate brokerage fees charged by courier. This can be arranged by special request. Grayman and Company ships via DHL as default because it has a substantially lower lost parcel rate as well as more robust tracking and assurance capabilities than China Post EMS. This is important to note because Grayman and Company does not undertake liability for any consequential damages such as missed appointment dates that may result from a lost, delayed or damaged package.

PO Boxes

Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes at this time.

Damages

All shipments are all fully insured by their courier. In case of damages and mishaps, our concierges will facilitate any action or coordination with the courier to ensure a speedy resolution to any issues.

Returns

In some cases where a return has been requested, we may ask the suit to be returned at our cost so that we may investigate the defect to prevent any future occurrence.
